Launched in 2024, S/Y THE IDLER is the most luxurious and best equipped SUNREEF 80 Eco launched to date.  She has fully electric propulsion, with additional 800 l of fuel, which is mainly used to maneuver in and out of anchorages and ports, while the sails are used to navigate between two destinations.  Her hulls are covered in their innovative integrated solar panels which makes her both look amazing but also be very environment friendly.  As a result, she turns heads wherever she goes and yacht charter guests are usually wowed with her presence the moment they embark.  As a result, she is a really exhilarating sailboat for those wanting to enjoy absolute comfort during their yachting vacation and on board an environmentally conscious yacht. With total silence, regardless if sailinng or with engines on, the guests are always enjoying the stillness of the moment when on board of THE IDLER. Her silence is in particular useful thanks to her silence night mode when 24hrs AIR CON works perfectly without the need to run loud generators.

Accommodation & Design:

At 23.99m in length and with a beam of almost 12-metres, THE IDLER is huge. She offers great volume and as a result a plethora of lounging areas.  The yacht charter guests will find a large foredeck sofa and table for luxury buffet breakfasts or sunset cocktails while on the vast flybridge they can sunbath or dine.  The galley is set up down below, away from guest areas, allowing for full size main salon to be used by the guests alone. The IDLER accommodates up to 8 guests in huge 4 staterooms, including an exemplary master with a king size bed and private balcony. The 3 guest cabins are all queen size doubles with en-suite facilities.

Water toys:

There is a huge arsenal of these on board.  Apart from the useful Williams Sport Jet 520 tender, the guests on board of this superyacht will also find a Tiwal Inflatable Sailing Dinghy, 2 x Seabobs an Efoil, 4 x SUPs (2 x adult windsurf rigs and 1 x children’s windsurf rig) and also 2 x Electric Scooters.  The other toys include:

Destinations & Charter Rates

S/Y THE IDLER is primarily based in the West Mediterranean during the summer months, yet she may consider other locations on request. Typical sailing itinerary between Corsica and Sardinia is the most popular sailing route.  During the winter months, she will most likely cruise the East Caribbean or the Bahamas and other areas on request.

• Charter Rate: From €90,000 Eur/week in low season and 99,000 Eur/week in high season
