About Moon Yacht
One of the latest shipyards, at least in the luxury catamaran segment. The Moon Yachts is a Polish luxury catamaran shipyard based in Gdańsk. They have successfully combined all the latest, very modern innovations with centuries‑old Baltic shipbuilding tradition in order to produce fully bespoke sailing and motor catamarans of exceptional craftsmanship and design.
Executive Summary
Founded in 2019, Moon Yacht emerged from a group of passionate sailors and engineers who envisioned a new generation of luxury catamarans that merge performance, elegance, and environmental awareness. The brand’s philosophy is rooted first and foremost in creation of amazingly well looking catamarans, but maybe more importantly in precision, innovation, and authenticity. With already established brands present for 2 decades now, that of Sunreef Yachts, this is successfully positioning Poland as a rising force in the global super‑catamaran segment. Each Moon yacht is built entirely in‑house, reflecting the shipyard’s commitment to craftsmanship over mass production.
Facilities & Production
The Moon Yacht operates from 6,000 m² of production halls within the historic Gdańsk Shipyard, with plans to expand to 12,000 m². This location, which is very symbolic in maritime history, provides direct access to the Baltic Sea as well as to a skilled workforce involved in Poland’s shipbuilding heritage for decades now.
The shipyard employs around 250 specialists, including composite engineers, carpenters, upholsterers, and metalworkers. Every stage of construction — from hull design, lamination, and CNC cutting to interior carpentry and final outfitting — is completed under one roof, ensuring total quality control and seamless communication with owners.
Engineering & Build Philosophy
Moon Yacht builds both sailing and motor catamarans, each designed for long‑range comfort and stability. The shipyard’s approach emphasizes:
Full process integration — no subcontractors, guaranteeing precision and consistency.
Advanced composite technology — lightweight yet robust hulls for efficiency and durability.
Custom interiors — handcrafted furniture, upholstery, and detailing tailored to each owner’s vision.
Sustainability focus — modern systems and materials that respect the marine environment.
This meticulous, owner‑centric process results in yachts that are unique, hand‑finished, and engineered for global cruising.
Models & Market Position
Moon Yacht’ portfolio includes the Moon 60, Moon 80, and the upcoming Moon 100, each representing a blend of superyacht‑level space and catamaran agility. The brand competes directly with leading builders such as Sunreef and Lagoon, offering a distinctive balance of European craftsmanship, design individuality, and technical excellence.
Production is deliberately limited to a few units per year, ensuring exclusivity and deep personalization — from hull geometry to the color of the stitching. SuperSailYachts is proud to feature a number of exceptional Moon Yacht vessels in our fleet, spanning motor yachts, power catamarans, sailing catamarans. Whether you are seeking a charter adventure or looking to acquire a vessel, our team can guide you through every Moon Yacht option.
The main models are:
MOON YACHT 60 SAIL – 18.3M
The catamarans such as the SEABARIT LX which is offered for charter in Greece are probably the highest value 60ft sailing catamarans in the world at the moment; at least in the charter market, as they demand highest charter rates and most enquiries.

MOON YACHT 65 SAIL – 19.8M
This is a very similar but in many ways different type of a catamaran. The extra 5ft translates into significantly more usable space, especially in the saloon, cockpit, and owner’s suite. The 65ft differs from 60ft also with a large volume, slightly higher displacement, improved stability due to longer waterline, a more powerful rig option and probably slightly better motion comfort in open seas as well. Volume, deck space and premium features are at a higher level than at 60ft, making the boats such as the HONEYMOON a very impressive luxury yachts.
MOON YACHT 60 POWER – 19.8M
First one to be launched in Spring 2026. Similar in volume, features and luxuries as the sail model, but with more powerful engines making her a proper power catamaran of de-luxe category. She is expected to have a beam of 9.64 m and draft of approx. 0.9 m (shallow‑water capable) with engines to be either 2 × MAN i6‑800 (800 hp total) or 2 × Cummins 715 hp depending on build year. The models should have an expected cruising speed of around 10kn ( for high efficiency) with top speed likely being around 20kn and depending on engine package. MOON YACHT 100 Power – ca. 30M
This is a newly launched project with likely launch to be in 2028. Offered from around 10,38 million Euros, fully equipped top version of MOON YACHT 100 Power is likely to cost just below 15 million Euros. We have a special deal on her; please call in to discuss.
MOON YACHT 100 Sail – ca. 30M
Similar to 100ft power, the first hull is likely to be launched during 2027 or in 2028.
Once launched, she is likely to be one of the most desirable luxury catamarans in the world and certainly the best 100ft sailing catamaran. We expect her to win a superyacht of the year award in one of the segments competed on.
There are also ongoing discussions about other models, such as Moon Yacht 80 or maybe even Moon Yacht 120ft+ yet these are probably not planned just as yet. If you as a customer are keen to build a bespoke luxury catamaran, MOON YACHT shipyard is likely to listen to your proposal.
Reputation & Global Reach
Moon Yachts has quickly earned recognition as one of Europe’s most promising luxury catamaran builders, and rightly so. A number of luxury Moon Yacht are now cruising in the Caribbean, Mediterranean, and Greek islands. The shipyard’s reputation rests on its authentic craftsmanship, independent spirit, and dedication to owner experience — qualities that resonate strongly with private buyers and charter operators worldwide.
With new 100ft models due to be launched in 2028, both power and sail, Moon Yacht will represent Polish precision and passion at superyacht scale — and that all as a shipyard where every catamaran is built entirely in Gdańsk by hand, combining modern design, full in‑house production, and bespoke luxury. For us as brokers and you as potential clients seeking individuality, craftsmanship, and long‑range comfort, Moon Yacht stands as a credible, fast‑rising name in the global luxury catamaran market.
