Terms of Service

By accessing and using the SuperSailYachts website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

SuperSailYachts acts as an intermediary between clients and yacht owners/operators. We facilitate the charter process but are not the direct provider of the yacht charter services.

• All charter bookings are subject to availability
• Charter agreements are between the client and yacht owner
• We adhere to MYBA (Mediterranean Yacht Brokers Association) standards
• Yacht specifications and availability may change without notice

Payment terms for yacht charters are as follows:

• A deposit of 50% is typically required upon booking confirmation
• The remaining balance is due 30 days before the charter start date
• An Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) is usually required
• We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and cryptocurrency

All payments are held in segregated client accounts for your protection.

Cancellation terms vary by yacht and booking. Standard terms include:

• 90+ days before charter: Full refund minus administration fee
• 60-89 days before charter: 50% of deposit retained
• 30-59 days before charter: Full deposit retained
• Less than 30 days: Full charter fee may be retained

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel and charter cancellation insurance.

SuperSailYachts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
• Any content obtained from the service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
