Luxury Sailing Yacht SWAN 65-1 Charter Brief:
SWAN 65-1 is a genuine piece of history.  Built in 1975 and with her recent refit in 2012, she is now even more beautiful then at her launch.  Back in 1999, she was initially converted by her owner Gijs van Liebergen from the genuine racer into a luxury performance sailing yacht fitted with modern features, whilst maintaining its original design and charm.  This update kept the original form, exactly what makes King’s Legend so unique: her history, her speed and slender design, and the beautiful teakwood interior. Designed by the famous Sparkman & Stephens design studio, the designers of the first 775 Swan and the famous Sayula which won the first even Whitbread Round the World Race in 1974, Swan 65 is suitable for corporate sailing events, such as regatta racing and relaxed cruising holidays. Her crew are usually offering luxury crewed sailing holidays in the West Mediterranean during summer months and in the Virgin, Leeward and Windward islands of the East Caribbean during witner months.
