ITINERARY
A short 7 day Luxury crewed yacht charter in the Grenadines and Leeward Islands

Day 1:
FORT DE FRANCE / SAINT ANNE (SAINT LUCIA)
Duration: 30-60 minutes

Your Poncin 82 catamaran is waiting for you in the marina of Le Marin in the South of the island. 
Airport transfers can be arranged or you can get there on your own.
Le Marin is a relatively quiet village surrounding a deep bay encircled by mangroves, with a number of  reefs and islets around, well protected from swell and wind. As the first marina of the Leeward Islands or Lesser Antilles, Le Marin is the perfect departure spot for a sailing cruise in the Grenadines!  You will receive a warm and cheerful welcome by your crew and shown around the yacht and the cabins. After the safety briefing and first instructions,  you will set sail for the first anchorage at St. Anne, a traditional village with a beautiful beach. Dinner is usually taken on board.  

Day 2
SAINTE ANNE / BEQUIA
Duration: ca. 10 hours

This is the longest sailing along the route so early departure is scheduled. You may still be in bed when the crew set sail.  This day is reserved for navigation until you reach the Island of Bequia, sailing past the island of Sainte-Lucia and Saint-Vincent. In particular you will discover the Deux Pitons with a summit of 800 m above the small town La Soufriere on the Island of St Lucia where a lunch at anchor will be scheduled. Further South on the island of St. Vincent you will see plenty of rain forest hills and lonely pebble beaches.

At Bequia, the first island of the Grenadines Archipelago, the crew will do a stopover at Admiralty Bay. In the capital Port Elisabeth, a small but attractive town, you will have plenty of opportunity for shopping and partying.  The dinner would be arranged at a time to suit all guests.  

Day 3
BEQUIA / MOUSTIQUE / MAYREAU
Duration: ca. 4 hours

Early breakfast on board. On this day you will discover Moustique, the island of the Hollywood jet set with a number of other royal or celebrities from sporting or music life turning up the heat every year. Luxurious hotels, private villas, selected bars and gourmet restaurants provide a sophisticated feel atn the heart of this tropical paradise. This is also a great opportunity for you to test all the water sport toys on board. You can enjoy swimming, snorkelling, kayaking, windsurfing and wakeboarding and so on.

After lunch you can go for a walk and visit the interior of the island or some of its other beaches. As en extra, you can take a tour of the island with a jeep or a local "pick up".  In the late afternoon you are likely to departure for Mayreau, for an anchorage in front of Saline Bay beach. Dinner would be arranged at an agreed time or a barbeque could be organised on the beach with optional music entertainment by local musicians.

Day 4
MAYREAU / TOBAGO CAYS
Duration: 30-60 minutes

Mayreau is the less populated island of the Archipelago with only about 300 inhabitants. This unique village can be discovered in one hour walk on a path starting at the beach of Saline bay. It is worth to visit local cottages, bars and restaurants made from colourfully painted wood. There is also a small stone church on top of the hill from where you can enjoy breathtaking view over the islands nearby. In the late morning or early afternoon, you will set sail towards amazing Tobago Cays islets, reefs which are surrounding the most beautiful lagoon of Grenadines. Once here, you will realise you are in the very heart of tropical paradise, one of the most beautiful spots on the planet earth.

Enter the enchanting coral barrier world; snorkelling at shallow depth, one of the best experiences you will come across during any yacht charter experience. This is another perfect place to use your on board kayak, windsurf, or wake-board. Once again, your crew will prepare the dinner at an agreed time. 

Day 5
TOBAGO CAYS / SAINT VINCENT
Duration: ca. 4 hours

After breakfast, you would head towards Cumberland Bay in Saint Vincent.
After dinner on board, you can go to "Black Baron" the setting for the recording of the famous movie «Pirates of the Caribbean».  You will experience very warm atmosphere and optional fancy dress.
Once again, return on board in your own time.

Day 6
SAINT VINCENT/ SAINT LUCIA
Duration: ca. 4 hours

Breakfast on board. Optionally you can take a taxi ride around the island.  After lunch, going back towards Soufriere bay and the 2 Pitons, the symbol of Sainte Lucia.
Dinner and night on board.

Day 7
SAINT LUCIA – LE MARIN
Duration: 30-60 minutes

After deciding what you wish to do on the last day of the cruise ie. Perhaps a bit more of snorkelling and swimming or exploring the plantations in St Lucia, you would head back to Le MARIN for your last night on board.

Luxury crewed charter yacht PONCIN 82 is fully air conditioned throughout.
This is a non-smoking vessel.
PONCINS´s experienced yacht charter crew of up to 3 including the captain have separate head and shower.
Guests may not be allowed to bring pets on-board.
