Luxury Mega Yacht SERENE - Sunseeker 74 Manhattan - Charter Brief:MY SERENE (22m / 73') is a luxury motor yacht built by prestigious Poole based shipyard of Great Britain. With existing clients praising both the yacht and in particular the service of the captain Vlad and Chef Chris, stating their time on board was great (Mr Canida) or that they had a perfect vacation (Tara & Cory) with a promise to come back again very soon (Katie and Mark), MY SERENE has a track record with very grateful clients who are keen to visit Virgin Islands again in the future.
With 4 guest cabins, including a master, a VIP guest, a double and a twin, she can accommodate up to 8 adult yacht charter guests. Normally booked throughou the winter months, she charters from only 21,500 US$'s per week with rates being inclusive of all facilities on board but with additional 35% APA payment for all boat costs. The yacht also offers an ALL INCLUSIVE service from 28,000 US$'s/week. Christmas and NEW YEAR charters are subject to a 20% surcharge however.
Tip: MY SERENE can also pick up guests from ST Thomas in the US Virgin Islands and without any relocation costs. She also specialises in alternative yacht charters such as catering for Gay community, accepting special dietary requirements and otherwise capable of discussing all special arrangements.

Permanently based in Nanny Cay Marina on the Tortola Island, MY SERENE can also agree luxury yacht charters towards ST MARTIN or out of St Martin. Additional crew members such as a hostess can also be added to the mix as an extra cost. She has a built in BBQ, sonos sound system, wetbar with ice maker for perfect late afternoon and sunset cocktail parties on the flybridge, large al-fresco dining table and a lowering swim platform.

Crew on board of luxury Sunseeker 74 Manhattan is permanently employed and constantly based in the BVI’s. First mate and chef Chris and captain Vlad are a great team of yachting enthusiasts capable of meeting the highest customer standards in terms of culinary requirements and specific itineraries.
Captain:
Mega yacht SERENE is very excited to have a lovely captain Vladimir (Vlad) Boshoff at the helm! A native of South Africa where he grew up with a love of the ocean and yachting, Vlad has worked on yachts all over the world including and this certainly includes the BVI’s his country of origin South Africa as well as Mozambique and most of the Indian Ocean. In spite of all his travels, the BVI has always felt like ‘home’ and after a brief hiatus back to South Africa,Vlad returned to the Islands full-time with his family in 2014.
Vlad has worked on sail and motor yachts from 45-97’ and has spent the last two seasons as captain and dive master aboard a very busy and popular catamaran here in the BVI. With over five seasons total experience navigating the BVI waters, Vlad knows all the ‘secret spots’ for guests to create a memorable, once in a lifetime charter holiday. Vlad is a very active captain, who is excited to be at the helm of this luxury crewed motor yacht. He will ensure an itinerary that includes the best locations in the BVI and looks forward to spending time engaging with his guests in activities such as scuba diving, surfing, paddle boarding, fly fishing etc..
Vlad is an incredibly friendly, outgoing and personable captain. He is always enthusiastic and upbeat, and his welcoming smile from the first time you step on board will set the tone for a fun and adventurous holiday you will not soon forget!
Chef
Chris is a very opening minded and friendly chef who is a local. Chris grew up on the main BVI island and has always enjoyed outdoor lifestyle and being on the water. Living in the Virgin Islands, Chris has had a luck to be on board of yachts since yacht age, so it comes very naturally to be on board as a chef. Chris has spent much of his life exploring all around the BVI, so he can offer charter guests a chance to see some of the ‘secret spots’ the islands have to offer.
After exploring many career paths including landscape architecture, photography and marine engineering, Chris found his true passion in cooking. Chris has always loved baking, and a friend was opening a new restaurant and asked Chris for his help. Chris was instrumental in the successful opening of the fantastic waterfront restaurant, ‘Fish N Lime,’ at Soper’s Hole. While working as a chef at Fish N Lime, Chris often saw the charter yachts passing in front of the restaurant and soon left the land to work as a freelance chef on charter yachts. When the opportunity for a permanent role on Serene came up, Chris jumped at the chance.
When Chris is not on the water he enjoys hiking, gardening, baking, scuba diving, windsurfing, and restoring old cars. One of Chris’ most exciting adventures was spending 8 weeks climbing the Himalayas, including climbing to the advanced base camp on Mt. Everest. Chris loves meeting new people and looks forward to travelling more of the world in the future!

SERENE's experienced super yacht charter crew of up to 3 including the captain, have a separate head and shower and companionway.

Luxury motor yacht SERENE is usually cruising around Virgin islands with pick ups in St Thomas, Nanny Cay Marina or Sopers Hole near the airport. A typical one week yacht charter would take you around the BVI's however, including Virgin Gorda, Anegada, Jost Van Dyke and Peter Island.
