XIPHIAS (33.2m / 109’), previously PJ, is a luxury motor yacht built by Chantier Naval de l’Esterel shipyard and launched in 1974. Fully refitted in 2009, she was redecorated in a very modern, minimalistic style by well known interior designer Gabhan O’Keefe. XIPHIAS was originally designed by Bannenberg & Rowell as a patrol boat and as such is a unique classic motor yacht available for luxury crewed and private yacht charter holidays in the East Mediterranean. The yacht can accommodate up to eight guests within her 4 well-appointed cabins, providing them with their own private space to relax in comfort during the yacht charter vacation. Her super yacht crew of up to six including the captain are usually offering bespoke luxury crewed yacht charter itineraries out of Athens and within the Saronic Gulf or in the Cyclades Archipelago. XIPHIAS is a luxury charter yacht you will greatly enjoy during your summer vacation in the East Mediterranean. Based in a unique area near the most popular historic capital of Greece, Athens, her crew can take you around most of the Saronic and Argolic Gulfs as well as throughout Cyclades, Ionian or Greek and Turkish Aegean sea.
XIPHIAS’s new, in 2009 upgraded interior by Gabhan O’Keefe combines the classical elegance of her exterior very well with newly designed minimalist and modern areas on and below deck. The colour scheme is predominantly in light colours, with silver and light hues providing a relaxing and spacious ambience. The layout of the salon is very social with couches lining both sides of the salon. The Dining area is elegant yet casual with a comfortable fixed semi circular settee surrounding the table. Her upper salon can be used as a second reception area, for watching TV, to enjoy the spectacular views or it can be converted to a 2nd double cabin if needed. This area has its own walk in closet and en-suite facilities. The yacht also has stabilizers which enhance comfort during the cruise and new equipment (2009) for water sports such as a new tender, tubes, banana and water skis. Her crew of up to six will cater to all of your needs. This classic motor yacht also has great deck space including an al-fresco dining area on the aft deck along with a huge fixed cushioned couch spread across the aft of the vessel. The upper deck has huge open spaces perfect for soaking up the East Mediterranean Sun.
Finally, this sporty, amazingly looking luxury motor yacht can take you around the Mediterranean at speeds of around 19kn while cruising with maximum speed just around or slightly above 25kn depending on weather, wind and sea at any given time.
Accommodation:
Luxury yacht XIPHIAS has accommodation for 8 guests in 4 luxury cabins, all with en-suite facilities. The guests will have a total of 2 double and 2 twin cabins at their disposal. Master and VIP have a king or queen size bed, twin cabins have single beds separated with night desk. All cabins are en-suite and with their own individual air con and TV and Stereo entertainment systems.
Luxury Motor Yacht XIPHIAS charter prices:
XIPHIAS super yacht charter prices start at 28,000 Eur per week in low season, while high season prices are as high as 30,000 Eur per week plus obligatory APA Expenses. In some locations VAT can be charged on top and prices can be higher on special days such as NEW YEAR or during special events such as Boat shows.

This is a non-smoking vessel.
XIPHIAS´s experienced super yacht charter crew of up 6 including the captain George Paraskevopoulos, have a separate head and shower and companionway.

This charter yacht mainly cruises at speeds of around 19kn and is normally offered for luxury crewed yacht charters within the Greek coastline around Cyclades and Athens throughout the year. Her crew are happy to offer ONE WAY or TANDEM charters between other destinations too, including Ionian or Turkey and other parts of the Mediterranean on request.
