Luxury Sailing Yacht NOMAD IV charter brief:NOMAD IV (30.48m / 100’), is a custom built FC100 luxury sailing boat, launched by Maxi Dolphin shipyard back in 2013. With her stylish interior designed by Pierre Frutschi and naval architecture done by well known Finot-Conq, who fitted her wtih a hard chine carbon racing hull that towers 47m above the water rig, this super yacht is one of the fastest sailing yachts in the world at the moment. Winner of the ''Showboard Design Award 2014'' for her naval design, she is very comfortable despite her racing credentials as heavy balasts on both side of the yacht ensure little heeling during sailing. The deck salon with 360 degrees panoramic views and large cockpit which seats up to 12 guests for meals and 24 guests for cocktails are perfect for entertaining.
NOMAD IV's super yacht crew of four are usually offering luxury crewed charter itineraries around the West Mediterranean in the summer and the East Caribbean, primarily Leeward and Windward Islands in the winter. She will also participate in all major sailing regattas around the world and clients are invited to charter her for both luxury cruises as well as informal racing adventures.

Luxury sailing boat NOMAD IV is first and foremost an open, high performance sailing yacht, the fastest cruising sloop in her range in fact. Despite being a perfect yacht for high performance racing, she is also a very fine charter yacht for long distance family cruising. NOMAD IV has a very elegant interior, designed by the famous Pierre Frutschi. Despite her performance oriented layout, NOMAD IV is a yacht with a very generous deck layout with a large 16m2 master cabin, accommodating 12 guests and 4 crew members. This Maxi Dolphin FC100 super sail yacht has as one of its most distinguishing features 9-ton water ballast tanks each side, a short-chord performance lifting keel (normally 5.4m when down or up to 3m when raised), twin rudders and 100% carbon hull. The most used areas tend to be on deck during racing as this yacht is very enjoyable for steering even for least experienced clients or the 360 degrees deck salon which offers panoramic views in all directions. The yacht also have a very useful garage which features a nice 3.5m tender and plenty of water toys that includes 4 x inflatable kayaks and 2 x sailing dinghies for extra fun.
Accommodation:
Luxury Sailing Yacht NOMAD IV can accommodate 12 guests in 5 luxuriously appointed staterooms. The guests will have a vast master cabin, two double, one quadruple (double plus twin beds) and one twin cabin at their disposal. All cabins are en-suite and with their own individual air con and entertainment systems. The master cabin also has an LCD TV. The accommodation is well lit and very comfortable, not least thanks to the heavy balasts which ensure minimum heeling during sailing.
The captain:
Frederic Servera, 44 is the captain on board of super yacht NOMAD IV. Born in a French family of sailors, he was passionate about making sailing his career from very young age. He has already competed in regattas such as Les Voiles de Saint Tropez, The Giraglia Rolex Cup and has made a total of seven transatlantic charters. NOMAD IV is a new and exciting challenge for him and his wife Severine who is the chief hostess on board. Young deckhand Alfredo is also a very keen racing sailor and proud to offer informal racing tuition to all yacht charter clients on board.
The prices:
NOMAD IV super yacht charter prices are reduced down from 65,000 Eur and start at 52,000 Euros in low season, while high season prices are as high as 56.000 Eur plus APA expenses. In some locations VAT can be charged on top and prices can be higher on special days such as NEW YEAR or during special events as super yacht regattas such as The bucket in St Barths, Antigua SAILING week or Le Voile de St Tropez. This is a non-smoking vessel.
NOMAD IV´s experienced super yacht charter crew of up to 4 including the captain Frederic Servera, have a separate head and shower and companionway.

This charter yacht mainly cruises at speeds of around 10kn and is normally offered for luxury crewed yacht charters within the West Mediterranean, between St Tropez and Amalfi Coast in the summer or East Caribbean Leeward and Windward Islands during winter months. Her crew are happy to offer ONE WAY or TANDEM charters between other destinations too. Thanks to her Yanmar super yacht engine totalling 290hp, a high performance rig and an impressive sail area, during the right sea and wind conditions, she can reach maximum speeds of around 20kn. Her best features are racing rig, modern interior and flexible accommodation. She also provides great comfort during sailing with minimum heeling and a fabulous deck saloon design with 360 degree views.
