About Luxury Sailing Yacht SINCERITY:
SY SINCERITY, is a stunningly beautiful classic sailing boat, soon to celebrate her 90^th birhtday (in 2018). Custom made by Engineer Vincenzo Baglietto in his family shipyard next to the beautiful beaches of Varazze, she was initially launched in summer 1928 as Janua on behalf of famous Italiam commodore Andrea Luigi Piccardo of Genoa. Built out of teak on oak construction she remains an exquisite masterpiece from a time when boats were built with love, impressive detailing and master craftsmanship.   As such, she is not only a beautiful classic charter yacht with a stunning interior finished in rich mahogany panelling inlaid with birds-eye maple but also one of the most distinguished luxury vessels from a bygone era of pre-war age of romance, love and best of craftmanships.
As a genuine modern classic charter yacht offering relaxing and elegant yacht charter experiences throughout Atlantic ocean, she is now available alongside western coast of Greenland, the ultimate remote sailing area for only the most distinguished yacht charter clientele. With an interior that features finest of furnishings, portholes out of bronze and detailed marquetry you can also rest assured that when retiring from all the sights and sounds of Danish northern territory, you will also be able to retire to surroundings that will take you decades back and allow you to have the best dream of your life. Her unique hull design is providing ideal layout for pleasant motion under regular East Caribbean trade winds and sea swells. 

With half a dozen of sails on board, once you see the yacht you will be taken back to a romantic pre-war time of genuine sailing enthusiasts who used a flying jib (300 sq ft), a jib (500 sq ft), a staysail (500 sq ft), fully battened mainsail (1.100 sq ft), mizzen jib (200 sq ft), mizzen (450 sq ft), mizzen staysail (1,500 sq ft) and asymmetric spinnaker (2,700 sq ft). Where else can you be a guest as well as a sailor at the same time !?  Add to this the fact the yacht featured in the Johnnie Walker Blue Label short film with Jude Law and Giancarlo Giannini featuring in this 2014 published story of a man on a quest for a rare life experience.  Filmed in the BVI's and London, ''The Gentleman's Wager'' says a story about a wager between the two friends  one of who proposes a wager as an opportunity to challenge himself to create an original performance in order to win an experience which otherwise is not available.  As such, SY SINCERITY is a genuine, great cruising classic yacht with a cutaway forefoot and Bermudian masthead rig, high bulwarks and full ends with reserve buyoance in the bow and stern that make her a fast and easily handled yacht with sweeping decks kept dryer then on any comparable yacht. High bulwarks and plenty of reserve buoyancy in the bow and stern keep her long sweeping decks dryer than most comparable yachts. On the other side, her deep keel and as near as makes no difference 100t of displacement keep her steady and comfortable even in adverse sailing conditions.

Accommodation:
Luxury Sailing Yacht SINCERITY can accommodate up to 5+1 yacht charter guests in 3 luxuriously appointed en-suite cabins. The guests will have a total of 2 double and 1 single cabin at their disposal. The full beam aft cabin has a large double bed on the starboard side and a single one on the portside, with a private washbasin wrapped up in an antique vanity cabinet in between. The cabin is generous in space and has accents of large overhead skylight providing both air and light down below.
The second guest cabin is located starboard and features two large portholes, both of which can be fully opened. This cabin has a small 8ft double bunk to starboard with a single bed athwart ship. This cabin has an intricate ventilation hatch into the deckhouse which provides a regular flow of fresh air. The third cabin is a single bedroom most suitable for a small adult or a teenage child, even though it is a cosy room with plenty of storage space. All three cabins share one master bathroom. All cabins have their own individual air con and audio-video entertainment systems etc.

Super Yacht crew on board of Classic sailing yacht SINCERITY:
Captain on board of classic super sail yacht SINCERITY is Peter Jespersen. Peter was brought up in the Middle East and educated in the US and has since spent most of his winters in places with a substantially more temperate climate than where he and his parents come from, namely Scandinavian country of Norway. He started sailing at an early age with his first full-time job as a sailing course instructor and yacht charter agent out of Oslo with his own 65’ classic ketch.  This inevitably evolved into chartering in the Caribbean where for the last 25 years Peter sailed professionally on a wide variety of yachts – both racing, cruising, chartering, delivering or piloting. After two decades in the Caribbean and almost 15 years on board of Sincerity, he greatly enjoys sharing his enthusiasm for these fantastic islands with Greenland being his next big challenge.

Chef on board is Meagan Jones who was raised in Massachusetts learning how to sail on an island off the coast of Maine.  She worked as an apprentice to a sail maker after college and continued racing keelboats along the New England coast for several seasons. In 2003 Megan and two friends designed, built and launched Frances, a 74ft traditionally rigged steel windjammer on the waterfront in Portland, Maine. At present, she is the owner of Maine Sailing Adventures and has operated the Frances as a charter vessel out of Portland for 7 summer seasons. Megan developed her culinary skills in New England,   particularly enjoying entertaining yacht charter clients with her locally sourced food and seafood.  She stocks SINCERITY with her own selection of wines from Maine and is happy to cater to anyone’s particular taste and preferences.  In the galley, Megan is assisted by Becky who is our pastry chef.

When you charter SY SINCERITY, you will also meet mate Tom Vandenveyer from Belgiumwho sails a long time and is engineer on board, and stewardess/deckhand Becky Wright who comes from aseafaring family and already as a teenager devoted her life to professional sailing, with her sailing abilities and work ethic putting most guys to shame.

De-Luxe Classic Sailing Yacht SINCERITY charter prices:
SINCERITY super yacht charter prices start at 13,500 US$’s per week and then rise to 30,000 US$’s in high season (winter). In some locations VAT can be charged on top and prices can be higher on special days such as NEW YEAR or during special events such as Antigua boat show or racing events such as the Buckets.

Luxury motor yacht SINCERITY is fully air conditioned throughout.
This is a non-smoking vessel.
SINCERITY´s experienced super yacht charter crew of up to 4 including the captain Peter Jespersen of Norway, have a separate head and shower and companionway.
Guests may not be allowed to bring pets on-board.

During the summer, the yacht is due to sail in the New England, although during summer 2015 this fabulous classic super sail yacht is heading to the Western coastline of Greenland and other bouring locations.
