Lürssen has launched a 66m project Green!

Last week, on the 27^th of May 2014, the prestigious German shipyard Lürssen launched their latest yacht.  The Project Green, a 66m Espen Oeino designed super yacht, saw the light of the day on a lovely May morning, entering the final phase of her construction. 

This very elegant super yacht, expected to be name ESTER III, whose interior is being completed by the famous Raymond Langton design studio, has a powerful, strong and masculine appearance with a very presentable character. With a length of almost 217’ and a beam of close to 40’ the project Green is reported to accommodate all of the owner’s specific requirements whilst still ensuring latest environmental standards are upheld.

Thanks to her extravagant design, sumptuous interior that includes Silver Lining’s joinery work as well as the loose pieces of furniture, she is bound to awe everyone lucky enough to step on board of this yacht when it will be delivered later this year.  Amongst many unique features, the most distinguished ones are large helipad on top of the wheelhouse, a unique white and grey eternal paint and impressive large vertical windows on the main deck.  Apart from the project Green, Rednsburg based shipyard have a number of other projects in the development stage this year, and this includes a spectacular 94m Kismet II (formerly known as project Global) and even more impressive Tim Haywood designed 102.6m Giga Yacht Quantum Blue.

While this super yacht is not yet available for charter and it is unclear if the new owner will offer her anywhere to private guest parties, there are a number of other similar yachts which are already cruisinig Mediterranean and the Caribbean waters.   Andreas L, Ocean Seven, O'Neiro, O'Rama, Naia, Starfire and so on are only some of the super luxury yachts whicha are currently available for luxury crewed yacht charters this or next year.

Ms Couradon chartered a 75' luxury sailing yacht in South of France. The boat was delivered to Nice for an easy embarkation close to the airport and without any extra fees. The charter went perfectly and the party found sailing to be a refreshing experience given the family owns a 60' motor yacht.
