Huge in presence and volume as well as value, the Lagoon 630 powercats are very elegant and comfortable charter yachts.  Not as popular as the sailing equivalent, they are equally well designed, with contemporary interior and modern exterior though.  Designed by naval architects Van Peteghem and Lauriot Prevos (VPLP), she is around 2ft longer, optimised to whistand higher speeds and holds her 2x 300hp diesel engines by Volvo in re-inforced compartments.

One of the main advantages of a powercat is space. On Lagoon 630 there is a huge amount of it simply due to the impressive 10m/32.5ft beam which no motor yacht in this price range can offer.  Similar beam is only available on superyachts of around 50m in fact, thus buying or chartering a new power cat if you require space alone is best considered with a powercat such as COLETTE. M/Y COLETTE charters from 33,000 US$‘s per week for 2 persons with rates going as high as 36,000 US$‘s per week for up to 8 guests. The charter rates are inclusive of 7x breakfasts, 6x lunches and 6x dinners which makes it ideal to explore remote and uninahbitted islands of Exumas.  During the peak of the season though, there is a surcharge to pay as for Christmas and New Year weeks, the charter rates increase to 42,000 US$‘s per week. When chartering in the BAHAMAS, there is also a 4% Government tax to be paid and a fixed fee of 2,000 US$‘s as a fixed fuel charge.   M/Y COLETTE will also accept one way charters towards locations such as St Martin or St Barths (2,500 US$‘s) or Antigua (5,000 US$‘s). Both these are from Virgin Islands. For one way charters between the Staniel Cay and Nassau, the boat charges fixed fee of 2,000 US$‘s however.

Carlsberg company from Denmark chartered a luxury open motor yacht in Spain for one of their major marketing events. Refurbishing the chartered yacht for this event was organised by ourselves and the whole project, including the photos, documentary and new web site for the project went extremelly well.
